Tezak Heavy Equipment Co., Inc., founded in 1989 is a second generation family owned and operated business headquartered in South Central Colorado. Our geographical reach is only limited by our desire to travel to remote work sites and typically encompasses the entire state of Colorado. We also maintain our Arizona and Wyoming Contractors Licenses for those instances when the right "niche" projects arises that is tailored to our capabilities. Tezak Heavy Equipment has extensive experience in Highway / Heavy construction, mass excavation, urban drainage projects, natural river restoration, wet and dry utility installation and commercial overlot grading. A new point of focus within our organization is the design/build method of delivery for various types of projects. Along with the above listed construction activities, Tezak heavy Equipment also operates two hard rock quarries in South Central Colorado. These two quarries have produced a combined 600,000 + tons/year for the last few years, with much of the product being utilized on our own projects. These quarries also service asphalt and concrete suppliers along Colorado's Front Range, as well as numerous municipalities and governmental agencies. Tezak takes pride in doing a project right the first time, doing it on schedule and under budget. We believe in partnering with our clients to bring innovative and cost saving ideas to the table, which we feel forms a lasting relationship based upon trust.
