Honey Hill Publishing has produced Pittsburgh Parent magazine, an award-winning publication regularly recognized by the Parenting Publications of America for both editorial content and design, for the last 29 years. The publication was a dream that Founder Publisher Marilyn Honeywill (1930 - 2013) turned into a reality in 1988, a dream to provide resources for parents and families throughout Western Pennsylvania. She and daughter Lynn Honeywill have nurtured the family-owned and operated business to include Around & About Pittsburgh (published in June) and new digital and social media communications platforms. In order to more fully provide local resources to our readers and their families, Honey Hill Publishing produces a virtual Summer Activities & Camp Expo and an Education Expo annually. As a team, the Honey Hill staff is committed to providing parents of infants through teens with information and resources to enhance all aspects of parenting and family life. Pittsburgh Parent magazine is distributed monthly to over 600 locations in Allegheny County and bordering counties.
