Pathways Community Services (PCS) is part of one of the largest healthcare providers in the United States. In California alone, we operate over thirty unique behavioral health programs encompassing Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. Pathways was founded in 1996 in response to increasing government initiatives to privatize human services. Our agency partners with local government and managed care companies, specializing in accessible, affordable, individualized care. At Pathways Community Services, we are a recovery focused organization that values people. We are passionate about what we do. We strive to provide the best service possible. Our staff engages with people to develop personalized goals that address their specific needs and promote successful outcomes. Pathways serves ethnically and culturally diverse low-income children, youth, families, adults, and seniors experiencing a variety of behavioral health challenges. Many come to us seeking assistance with life challenges often due to substance use, mental health concerns, or a combination of both.
