In addition, the employer can initiate a mandatory referral for employees who have a serious issue affecting their work performance that could potentially result in accidents, errors and/or worker’s compensation claims. Mandatory referrals allow non-partial third-party involvement to assess the situation for the employer. Employer contracts are fully customizable to fit any company need. Employers may choose how many visits they wish to offer, if they wish to pay monthly, quarterly, annually, or fee for service and pay as you go. This EAP is a woman owned company with a counselor network all over Monroe County, New York and across the lower 48.
