Open Hearts Family Wellness is a nonprofit behavioral health clinic with locations in Phoenix and Tempe, Arizona. Since 1974, we have proudly served individuals and families across Maricopa County by providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. Our comprehensive services include counseling, early childhood support, behavior and family coaching, psychiatry, care coordination, and resource navigation. We are committed to meeting the diverse needs of our community by offering services in English, Spanish, and other languages through in-person, school-based, and TeleMental Health programs. We adopt the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), a brain-based, developmentally sensitive approach to healing that supports children, adults, and families on their journey toward wellness. Our multidisciplinary team understands the impact of trauma and meets clients where they are, fostering trust, resilience, and long-term wellbeing. At Open Hearts, we believe in whole-person care that honors each individual’s story and cultural background. By integrating mental health support with community connection, we help our clients build stronger, healthier futures.
