Office Furniture Solutions was founded in 2008 by Jonas Persch who saw a market niche that was not being met in the Salt Lake City area; providing used and refurbished furniture in “like new” condition and in quantities large enough to satisfy any requirement. At the time of our founding, the large manufacturers dominated the office furniture industry and the price of furniture reflected this. Our ability to buy previously owned Steelcase, Haworth, Herman Miller and Knoll furniture in excellent condition and sell it at a fraction of the cost of new, has saved our clients large sums of money on their purchases and created a new business model for successful office furniture dealers. We are experts in assisting our clients in making intelligent decisions regarding the buyback, re-use or disposition of their existing furniture assets. Today, we have built on our success to include HON, one of North America’s leading office furniture manufacturers, over 30 other lines of new furniture and a warehouse housing millions of dollars in used furniture inventory. Whether you are a small business start up or a large corporation, Office Furniture Solutions offers the services and furniture solutions to meet your needs. Located in Downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, our newly renovated 16,000 s.f. facility provides customers with a tremendous selection of new, used and refurbished furniture with the convenience of in-stock, immediate delivery.

Model No. was founded to rethink and elevate our experience in the spaces we design and inhabit. We design and make furnishings that harmonize with the space, lift the human experience, and eliminate our impact on the environment. Our collaborators - architects and design professionals - see the problem: Building and the turnover of commercial interiors generate well-over a third of the world’s CO2 emissions and an endless stream of waste. With these mission-driven partners, we create spaces we want without the waste. Circular at our core, Model No. achieves this through elevated design, regenerative and biodegradable materials, and 3D manufacturing. Description

ThingsBoard in versions prior to v4.2.1 allows an authenticated user to upload malicious SVG images via the "Image Gallery", leading to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. The exploit can be triggered when any user accesses the public API endpoint of the malicious SVG images, or if the malicious images are embedded in an `iframe` element, during a widget creation, deployed to any page of the platform (e.g., dashboards), and accessed during normal operations. The vulnerability resides in the `ImageController`, which fails to restrict the execution of JavaScript code when an image is loaded by the user's browser. This vulnerability can lead to the execution of malicious code in the context of other users' sessions, potentially compromising their accounts and allowing unauthorized actions.
