Northeast Counseling Services is a full-service community mental health center available to residents of central and southern Luzerne County, PA and beyond. Northeast Counseling Services was incorporated as a non-profit corporation on January 8, 1971 for the purpose of providing mental health services to the general public. We are a multiservice agency providing a large array of behavioral health services through a coordinated system of care that is both facilities based in Hazleton and Nanticoke and in the community at large. We ascribe to recovery principles in offering services to all citizens of lower Luzerne County regardless of age or behavioral difficulty. We are licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and comply with all federal and state laws and regulations as well as Luzerne county resolutions.

Our addiction programs and services reflect an evidence-based research model, along with an emphasis on personal and interpersonal transformation. As a highly customized and boutique service, we provide individualized treatment and to meet the specific needs of our clients and their families. Our program is rigorous and promotes a personal transformation towards spiritual awareness and accountability. We support a 12-Step program of recovery, along with mindfulness and other psychotherapeutic support strategies for our clients. We facilitate individual, group, family and couples therapy for our clients. The treatment goal is to focus on the core issues and support the client with daily recovery-oriented activities. We also have physicians available for medical and psychiatric visits during a client’s stay with us.

Description

Moonraker is a Python web server providing API access to Klipper 3D printing firmware. In versions 0.9.3 and below, instances configured with the "ldap" component enabled are vulnerable to LDAP search filter injection techniques via the login endpoint. The 401 error response message can be used to determine whether or not a search was successful, allowing for brute force methods to discover LDAP entries on the server such as user IDs and user attributes. This issue has been fixed in version 0.10.0.

Description

Runtipi is a Docker-based, personal homeserver orchestrator that facilitates multiple services on a single server. Versions 3.7.0 and above allow an authenticated user to execute arbitrary system commands on the host server by injecting shell metacharacters into backup filenames. The BackupManager fails to sanitize the filenames of uploaded backups. The system persists user-uploaded files directly to the host filesystem using the raw originalname provided in the request. This allows an attacker to stage a file containing shell metacharacters (e.g., $(id).tar.gz) at a predictable path, which is later referenced during the restore process. The successful storage of the file is what allows the subsequent restore command to reference and execute it. This issue has been fixed in version 4.7.0.
