WIA Is designed to provide quality employment and training services to assist eligible individuals in finding & qualifying for meaningful employment. Help employers find the skilled workers they need to compete and succeed in business. • Priority for intensive and training services must be given to recipients of public assistance and other low-income individuals where funds are limited. Includes outreach, job search and placement assistance, and labor market information is available to all job seekers; more comprehensive assessments, development of individual employment plans and counseling and career planning; Customers are linked to job opportunities in their communities, including both occupational training and training in basic skills. Individuals whose layoff was created or affected by international trade, may access information and services under the Trade Act programs. • States are responsible for program management and operations including enrollment, service delivery, and certification of training providers. On – The – Job Training• Incumbent Worker Program also available. The workforce board is also using a recent $1.2 million federal grant to get displaced workers back into jobs. The National Emergency Grant has been allocated to the counties the Area 11 board serves that have been declared federal Disaster Emergency Areas.

SIPGO is a library for writing SIP services in the GO language. Starting in version 0.3.0 and prior to version 1.0.0-alpha-1, a nil pointer dereference vulnerability is in the SIPGO library's `NewResponseFromRequest` function that affects all normal SIP operations. The vulnerability allows remote attackers to crash any SIP application by sending a single malformed SIP request without a To header. The vulnerability occurs when SIP message parsing succeeds for a request missing the To header, but the response creation code assumes the To header exists without proper nil checks. This affects routine operations like call setup, authentication, and message handling - not just error cases. This vulnerability affects all SIP applications using the sipgo library, not just specific configurations or edge cases, as long as they make use of the `NewResponseFromRequest` function. Version 1.0.0-alpha-1 contains a patch for the issue.
