In a rapidly changing world of technological developments, a world of possibilities; change in the only constant and innovation the key to success. With constantly changing social, political and economical landscapes, dynamic enterprises quick to adapt to the new conditions while continually delivering quality will be successful. This has been the mantra and also the success formula of Media Transasia – one of Asia’s most diversified magazine publishing groups. The Journey began in 1977, around the time the economies of the Far East and Southeast Asia were stirring awake. Its founder, who worked at top management positions with Thomson Press publishing group in the region for close to a decade, had just acquired its magazine-publishing interests in Hong Kong and Thailand. The new company chose Bangkok as its headquarters, with publishing offices in Hong Kong and India, and associates around the globe. As the economic boom in the region began, Media Transasia launched a series of international quality magazines. From four magazines it grew to over 20, each a leader in its category. From travel and inflight magazines to credit and charge-card magazines, fashion and lifestyle magazines, interior design, architecture and building construction, hotel management and catering, and even the Asian Military Review. Quite simply, one of the largest range of general interest and specialist magazines catering to the needs of a niche segment from a single publisher.

The NorthStar News & Analysis is an online newspaper that was founded to publish comprehensive news stories and issues relevant to African-American men and black men in the Diaspora. Frederick H. Lowe, NorthStar's founder, has worked more than 40 years in the news business, having written and reported for the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times and the Philadelphia Daily News. He also has written for and edited trade publications in Chicago. The next stage in NorthStar's development is to increase subscribers through facebook, twitter, Linkedin joining African-American fraternal organizations and using other methods that will reach NorthStar's target audience. The Opportunity NorthStar is called "The Voice of Today's Black Man" because it seeks to fill a void in the newspaper market. According to the 2011 U.S. Census, there are 18.24 million black men and black boys living in the United States ranging from under five years of age to 85 years and older. NorthStar is directly targeting as readers the 7.7 million black men, ranging in age from 30 to 64 years old. This is not an easy market to address. Since I launched NorthStar, I have been discouraged more than once by well-meaning individuals who argue that black men can't or don't read. The market, admittedly, is challenging, but I have received praised from some readers about the articles and the circulation and facebook likes continues on an upward trajectory.

Description

ThingsBoard in versions prior to v4.2.1 allows an authenticated user to upload malicious SVG images via the "Image Gallery", leading to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. The exploit can be triggered when any user accesses the public API endpoint of the malicious SVG images, or if the malicious images are embedded in an `iframe` element, during a widget creation, deployed to any page of the platform (e.g., dashboards), and accessed during normal operations. The vulnerability resides in the `ImageController`, which fails to restrict the execution of JavaScript code when an image is loaded by the user's browser. This vulnerability can lead to the execution of malicious code in the context of other users' sessions, potentially compromising their accounts and allowing unauthorized actions.
