Lucinda Literary is a literary management firm representing bestselling, award-winning authors since 2011. Our strong background in marketing, commitment to editorial development, and broad media and film relationships enable us to be strategists and advocates not just for the books, but for the long-term careers of our authors. Lucinda Literary specializes in big idea, popular science, and narrative nonfiction books that look to change the way people work, behave, and live. We selectively represent fiction, and are always on the lookout for voice-driven, emotionally raw, and often unconventionally told novels for adults and young adults. In children’s books, we’re excited by stories that transport us and break new ground. Our Speaker's Bureau: Lucinda Literary’s Speakers Bureau was founded in 2016 to offer lecture opportunities and relationships to all Lucinda Literary authors, along with a select list of authors represented by colleagues. We’re also on a mission to demystify, educate, and lend impact to the industry through our workshops and courses for writers. We believe that every voice deserves a chance to be heard, and we want to help best position writers to have those opportunities by working hand-in-hand to draw out their best, most timely ideas; craft stellar queries; and polish and perfect their proposal or manuscript.
