List General Contractor (List GC) is an international, family-run interior outfitter headquartered in Bad Erlach, around 50 kilometers south of Vienna, Austria. Our success story began in the 1950s with a small joinery and a great vision. Today, we furnish exclusive motor and sailing yachts as well as exquisite apartments and residences with superior design art and craftsmanship. As a general contractor and implementer, we offer everything from a single source. Ranging from planning, through project management and all the way to production and assembling. We approach each newbuild- or refit-project highly customized and never produce the same thing twice, but always adapt to the specific requirements when realizing the ideas of designers and owners – individuality is of paramount importance.
