Founded in 1954, Natchaug Hospital is Eastern Connecticut’s primary provider of mental health and addiction treatment services for children, adolescents and adults. We provide compassionate, respectful treatment for those living with mental illness and addictions, helping each find their way to recovery. The hospital's 57-bed facility in Mansfield Center, Connecticut, provides inpatient care for over 650 children and adolescents and 1,300 adults with mental illness or substance abuse issues each year. Journey House, a 13-bed residential treatment center for adolescent girls, is also operated by Natchaug Hospital on its Mansfield campus. Natchaug's day hospital, after school and special education school programs provide treatment to more than 2,750 children, adolescents and adults each year through programs in Danielson, Dayville, Enfield, Groton, Mansfield, Norwich, Old Saybrook, and Vernon, Connecticut. Natchaug Hospital is part of the Hartford HealthCare Behavioral Health Network and Hartford HealthCare, Connecticut’s most comprehensive healthcare network. Our fully integrated health system includes a tertiary-care teaching hospital, an acute-care community teaching hospital, an acute-care hospital and trauma center, three community hospitals, the state’s most extensive behavioral health network, a large multi-specialty physician group, a regional home care system, an array of senior care services, a large physical therapy and rehabilitation network and an accountable care organization. Through its institute model, Hartford HealthCare offers the highest standards of care for cancer, heart and vascular services, neuroscience, orthopedics and urology.

Shell metacharacters are interpreted by the shell, enabling command execution. ImpactThis vulnerability is generally hard to exploit, as it requires --commit-hash to be attacker controlled. The vulnerability primarily affects CI/CD environments where `wrangler pages deploy` is used in automated pipelines and the --commit-hash parameter is populated from external, potentially untrusted sources. An attacker could exploit this to: * Run any shell command. * Exfiltrate environment variables. * Compromise the CI runner to install backdoors or modify build artifacts.
