Kuyumjian Consulting is a boutique research and evaluation consultancy that partners with museums and nonprofits in the cultural sector to help articulate, develop, and achieve impact. Led by Taline Kuyumjian, an emphasis is placed on empowering practitioners to think critically about the experiences they develop and to adopt a culture of evidence-based decision-making. This is something Taline has been passionate about for a long time; it is the unifying theme in her almost 10 years of work with museums and nonprofits. Working collaboratively is central to Taline's approach. She's a firm believer that evaluative activities are only worth it if the process feels relevant and accessible. Partnering with Kuyumjian Consulting means that Taline will engage practitioners in the process, building up evaluation capacity and confidence in data-driven decision making. She makes supporting evaluation studies, developing theories of action, and using evidence to guide strategic thinking fun. More importantly, she makes evaluative activities something practitioners find relevant and can get excited about putting into practice.
