IDCN Munich
IDCN is a global non-profit association of multinational and local companies, NGOs, and academic institutions in 15 different locations, with headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland. Our mission is to support the professional integration of partners of international employees through a range of professional development and social networking events - both locally and globally. IDCN’s first German chapter was founded in November 2020 by the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with seven initial organizations from academy and industry. Today, our Corporate Members include Allianz, Amazon, Constructor Academy, German Aerospace Center (DLR), Helmholtz Munich, Infineon, Max Planck Society, Philip Morris International, Roche, and TUM. These organizations recognize that international staff are more likely to stay long-term when their partners and families are supported - often through meaningful career opportunities. We thrive to make international mobility sustainable and successful by making relocation more attractive for accompanying partners, supporting the long-term success of international assignments, facilitating the professional integration of dual-career partners, and offering a strong professional network that connects and empowers them.
