The company was established in 1983 in Milwaukee, WI with the goal of exceeding customers’ expectations. Today that goal remains unchanged as we build true partnerships with our customers. With over 30 years of experience serving the industrial, consumer, food & beverage, automotive, and appliance sectors, Flexo-Graphics understands the ever-changing needs of its customers. We are flexible, responsive, innovative, and committed to mutual success with our customers. In 2019, the owners of Flexo-Graphics decided to partner with Inovar Packaging (a packaging portfolio company owned by AEA investors). Flexo-Graphics becomes the fourth location for Inovar, already having manufacturing and warehousing in Dallas, TX, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Boston, Massachusetts. This move provides Flexo-Graphics more coverage, capabilities, and a disaster recovery plan as we continue to grow in the future. The Inovar and AEA staff will continue to support our growth initiatives at Flexo-Graphics. Flexo-Graphics is committed to being a national leader in the label industry. We invest heavily in our people, training, procedures, and equipment. Since 2008, we’ve added 5 new presses to our floor, a 25,000 square foot warehouse facility, and a state of the art digital printing faculty housed within our flexo printing operation. In addition, we’ve implemented “Lean and Green” company initiatives to significantly impact our social responsibilities. New equipment, systems, and software have been strategically purchased to help maintain our cost structure as the cost of raw materials increase, as well as, make a significant impact on those green initiatives. Our goal is to continue to slash waste materials and downtime to be mindful of our natural resources. Current Job Openings: https://www.indeedjobs.com/flexo-graphics/jobs
