Eye in Me is a social enterprise dedicated to Elevating Black Minds through Mental Health by providing culturally relevant psychotherapy services and by facilitating education and training to develop and diversify the field of psychotherapists. The mission of Eye in Me is to create easy access to culturally responsive therapy for Black people and adjacent communities, promoting its use for prevention, treatment, and some emergencies. Eye in Me achieves this mission through four primary support pathways: ● Therapy for the Strong Friend Virtual psychotherapy services for Black individuals who serve as leaders within their families, communities, and workplaces. ● Concierge Care for Employers Workplace mental wellness program providing on-demand culturally responsive psychotherapy services to meet the needs of Black and Black adjacent employees. ● Private Practice Incubator Pilot Program Supervised clinical experience and business coaching for clinicians aspiring to establish their own private psychotherapy practice. ● Private Practice Doula Program A 12-Week 1:1 guided coaching program for clinicians wishing to develop and launch their own private psychotherapy practice.
