EPIC Communications Inc. is Dominica’s only locally owned Internet and Telecommunications Provider, and IT company, geared towards providing its customers with a wide range of technical solutions. Established in 2014, our primary aim is to provide our customers with high-quality technology and entertainment services. REBOOT| IT focuses on keeping other businesses performing at peak network efficiency. This affiliate business unit offers networking, equipment sourcing/procurement, and preventive maintenance services. EPICNet focuses more on providing reliable and affordable internet to individuals and businesses across the island. EPIC was particularly instrumental to the operations of businesses post-hurricane Maria EPICShield provides businesses with peace of mind during times of disaster, whether that may be a natural disaster, malware, fire, or other occurrence. EPICS shield offers back-up and storage services to local drives and to the cloud. EPIC Voice, our newly launched service, enables our clients to call locally and internationally at competitive rates. Users can access this service through an app or, more traditionally, on a landline.
