Azure Acres, one of the country’s longest standing treatment centers, is experienced with more than 50 years of offering care for adults grappling with substance abuse, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. At Azure, the team believes that substance abuse and addiction are chronic illnesses that require professional care for a sustained recovery. The staff at Azure Acres is comprised of professionals who are not only experienced in their fields of study, but who are also devoted to affecting positive, transformative change within patients. Going above and beyond what is required of them, the employees at Azure Acres make all patients feel comfortable and secure during their treatment. Azure ensures that it provides a number of different programming options for patients to utilize. Residential treatment, detoxification, family therapy, and aftercare programs are offered to help patients address the physical and psychological aspects of substance abuse, as well as any co-occurring mental health conditions that are present. Additionally, Azure offers outpatient programming at their Santa Rosa location and the Sacramento location. Azure works to supply evidence-based therapeutic treatment modalities to all patients, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy based on the 12 Step philosophy of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous. Licensed by the State Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs and nationally accredited by CARF, Azure continues to be a leader in the provision of quality addiction treatment. The issue occurs because the `--commit-hash` parameter is passed directly to a shell command without proper validation or sanitization, allowing an attacker with control of `--commit-hash` to execute arbitrary commands on the system running Wrangler. Root causeThe commitHash variable, derived from user input via the --commit-hash CLI argument, is interpolated directly into a shell command using template literals (e.g.,  execSync(`git show -s --format=%B ${commitHash}`)). Shell metacharacters are interpreted by the shell, enabling command execution. ImpactThis vulnerability is generally hard to exploit, as it requires --commit-hash to be attacker controlled. The vulnerability primarily affects CI/CD environments where `wrangler pages deploy` is used in automated pipelines and the --commit-hash parameter is populated from external, potentially untrusted sources. An attacker could exploit this to: * Run any shell command. * Exfiltrate environment variables. * Compromise the CI runner to install backdoors or modify build artifacts.
