We are a private practice group located in the Banker's Hill area of San Diego. We provide services including individual, couple and family therapy and specialize in the reduction of symptoms associated with exposure to trauma and anxiety disorders. In addition to this service, we treat a variety of issues such as eating disorders, gender or sexual identify issues, mood disorders, development of self-esteem, meditation and mindfulness, art therapy, play therapy for children and food/body related difficulties. Many in our group of clinicians are also trained in EMDR, which has been well researched and shown to decrease symptoms of PTSD including flashbacks, disturbing memories and the anxiety associated with those. We are dedicated to providing a safe, confidential and aesthetically appealing environment for people of all ages to heal.
