Behavioral Treatment Services was founded in March of 2014, after working as Intervention Clinical Services for almost 10 years. In January 2015, BTS acquired the Center for Change in Boulder and Longmont. BTS is an OBH (Office of Behavioral Health) licensed agency. BTS was founded to provide quality clinical services to the criminal justice community. BTS primarily hires Master’s level clinicians with specific training in addictions, mental health, and criminal justice issues. With over 50 staff, BTS provides a range of clinical services to the community. We strive to challenge and engage our clients to examine behaviors, beliefs, thoughts, and emotions in order to effect desired change. Our mission statement is: Providing accessible, integrated, and inclusive behavioral health services supporting clients throughout the criminal justice system.

At Cherokee Creek Boys School, our mission is to “challenge boys and their families to discover what is real and true about themselves and the world around them.” We are located in the upstate of SC and support students ages 10-15, grades 5-10. Cherokee Creek Boys School (CCBS) is a therapeutic boarding school for middle school boys, ages 10-15, located in Westminster, SC. CCBS is a warm, positive, nurturing learning community that offers the benefits of small enrollment, hands-on academics, therapy, counseling, recreation and a talented staff dedicated to helping boys find their way back to a life of balance and harmony. Our comprehensive and thorough family programming provides experiences and tools for the entire family to learn and grow... not just the student enrolled. Our program weaves together time for fun, play and laughter; daily exercise; a balanced diet; music; love and support systems; creative outlets for hobbies and activities and time in nature into a healthy and healing living environment for students and staff. Every day at CCBS we work to fulfill our mission. In tandem with our mission we must also find ways to nurture our vision for the future so that we are secure, growing and sharing our work in ways that reach beyond the school, like ripples in the water. Our founders and the entire team are committed to the vision of CCBS as a safe, responsive, open, positive learning experience for middle-school boys and the entire family.

The issue occurs because the `--commit-hash` parameter is passed directly to a shell command without proper validation or sanitization, allowing an attacker with control of `--commit-hash` to execute arbitrary commands on the system running Wrangler. Root causeThe commitHash variable, derived from user input via the --commit-hash CLI argument, is interpolated directly into a shell command using template literals (e.g.,  execSync(`git show -s --format=%B ${commitHash}`)). Shell metacharacters are interpreted by the shell, enabling command execution. ImpactThis vulnerability is generally hard to exploit, as it requires --commit-hash to be attacker controlled. The vulnerability primarily affects CI/CD environments where `wrangler pages deploy` is used in automated pipelines and the --commit-hash parameter is populated from external, potentially untrusted sources. An attacker could exploit this to: * Run any shell command. * Exfiltrate environment variables. * Compromise the CI runner to install backdoors or modify build artifacts.
