Founded in 1986 by David Y. H. Ballet BC is an internationally acclaimed collaborative and creation-based contemporary ballet company that is a leader and resource in the creation, production and education of contemporary dance in Canada. In 2019, the Company was nominated for an Olivier Award for Best New Dance Production for their tour to Sadler’s Wells in London.

The Atlanta Chamber Players, a mixed ensemble of strings, winds and piano, were founded in 1976. The ensemble has earned a national reputation as a pioneer among chamber music groups and is widely respected among arts organizations in the Southeast. For over four decades, the ACP has performed critically acclaimed concerts in cities throughout the United States, Europe and Mexico and reached millions worldwide through live international radio broadcasts. The ACP’s broad repertoire includes traditional masterpieces (Beethoven, Brahms) as well as contemporary classics (Crumb, Messiaen). ACP also has a long-standing commitment to performing the music of living American composers.
