Last Update: 2025-12-01

Our vision is to celebrate America’s love affair with the automobile and to ensure that the love affair continues for generations to come. When LeMay – America’s Car Museum opened, our goal was to genuinely serve the car collector and enthusiast communities. Beyond showcasing the LeMay collection, we offer educational training programs, provide a gathering place and have created a network with automotive enthusiasts around the world. We were determined to have a broader purpose and showcase more than just the history of one region, a single brand or marque. We have always been more than just a museum. As we grew our community of automotive enthusiasts, we saw a need to preserve the passion of collectible cars and the mark that automobiles have left on American life in the 20th century. This vision has led to a new structure that better encompasses our strategic goals. America’s Automotive Trust is a not-for-profit corporation committed to promoting and securing America’s automotive heritage. The trust encompasses a number of distinct entities, including LeMay-America’s Car Museum, which will undertake unique aspects of our overarching vision.

Description

ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-9 and 6.9.13-34, there is a vulnerability in ImageMagick’s Magick++ layer that manifests when Options::fontFamily is invoked with an empty string. Clearing a font family calls RelinquishMagickMemory on _drawInfo->font, freeing the font string but leaving _drawInfo->font pointing to freed memory while _drawInfo->family is set to that (now-invalid) pointer. Any later cleanup or reuse of _drawInfo->font re-frees or dereferences dangling memory. DestroyDrawInfo and other setters (Options::font, Image::font) assume _drawInfo->font remains valid, so destruction or subsequent updates trigger crashes or heap corruption. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.1.2-9 and 6.9.13-34.
