I started A Beautiful Dominion for a specific purpose. To help homeowners and agents bridge the technological gap between knowing your homes high value and communicating that style and value visually. I would like to show you how, with minimal expense, you can vastly improve the quality of your listings and the efficiency of your sales cycle. Consumers are going through thousands of listings during their home buying cycle. They’re viewing these listings on computers, iPads, mobile phones and even televisions. We are a visual society. As someone with something as valuable to sell as a house, this creates an incredible opportunity for you to tell your story. A major challenge facing agents and broker’s today is how they’re going to break through the, “internet noise barrier.” Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Google+ are pretty much an everyday part of most peoples lives. The sheer volume of digital imagery we encounter on a daily basis can be extremely overwhelming. This fact of life has turned professional real estate photography from a, “nice to have if you can,” to a necessity for selling. Peruse MLS listings for 5 minutes and you become desensitized to what you’re looking at. The images I’ve included in this presentation illustrate the power of quality photography. In today’s tough, saturated market, you need a tool that sets you apart and gets you noticed. Professional photography can be that tool. It’s a game changer.

Description

Nagios XI versions prior to 2026R1.1 are vulnerable to local privilege escalation due to an unsafe interaction between sudo permissions and application file permissions. A user‑accessible maintenance script may be executed as root via sudo and includes an application file that is writable by a lower‑privileged user. A local attacker with access to the application account can modify this file to introduce malicious code, which is then executed with elevated privileges when the script is run. Successful exploitation results in arbitrary code execution as the root user.

Description

SIPGO is a library for writing SIP services in the GO language. Starting in version 0.3.0 and prior to version 1.0.0-alpha-1, a nil pointer dereference vulnerability is in the SIPGO library's `NewResponseFromRequest` function that affects all normal SIP operations. The vulnerability allows remote attackers to crash any SIP application by sending a single malformed SIP request without a To header. The vulnerability occurs when SIP message parsing succeeds for a request missing the To header, but the response creation code assumes the To header exists without proper nil checks. This affects routine operations like call setup, authentication, and message handling - not just error cases. This vulnerability affects all SIP applications using the sipgo library, not just specific configurations or edge cases, as long as they make use of the `NewResponseFromRequest` function. Version 1.0.0-alpha-1 contains a patch for the issue.
