LEAM Drilling Systems, Inc. was formed in 1980 with its initial base of operations in New Iberia, Louisiana. In 1986 LEAM expanded its directional services to the Permian Basin by acquiring Directional Investment Guidance, Inc., a directional drilling company located in Midland, Texas.
